On the morning of December 15th at 9:00 am, a ceremony was held to launch the new factory area of the Flexible Pipe Business Unit at Hangzhou Panya Bathroom, Kitchen and Bathroom Intelligent Manufacturing Base at 728 Baoxin Road, Tonglu Economic Development Zone.
Ye Rujun, Chairman of Hangzhou Panasia Runsheng Holdings Co., Ltd., Zhang Boliang, Chairman of Hangzhou Panasia Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., Jiang Yurong, General Manager, Xiao Guoyi, General Manager of the Flexible Pipe Business Unit, Hu Ping, Deputy Production Manager, and all employees attended the startup ceremony.
Panasia Bathroom Chairman Zhang Boliang delivered a speech. Zhang Dong stated that with the joint efforts of all employees in the hose business unit, we have achieved a seamless switching work mode of relocation without stopping production. Today, the Flexible Pipe Business Unit has officially settled in the new factory area. Faced with new factories and more intelligent production equipment, we hope to take this opportunity to accelerate industrial construction with the concept and methods of intelligent manufacturing and embark on a path of high-quality development.
Next, in the presence of all employees of the hose business unit, Zhang Dong pressed the new extruder start button in the hose workshop, and the start-up ceremony for the new factory area of the hose business unit was successfully completed.
Looking Forward to the Future
Panasia has conducted long-term planning and design for the kitchen and bathroom intelligent manufacturing base on the basis of intelligent manufacturing. In this relocation, the hose business unit has introduced two new weaving tube assembly machines and one weaving machine, and added a new PEX inner tube production line. This not only alleviates the current production pressure, but also provides assistance for future development.
